Cats

They've covered wordplay in Scrabble, physical challenges in Double Dare, and even love connections in, er, Love Connection . But this month game shows will go where they've never gone before: the litterbox.

On Nov. 15, Think Like a Cat, the world's first feline game show, will premiere on the Game Show Network. Sponsored by Meow Mix, the competition is a cross between Jeopardy and The Newlywed Game. Owners first answer feline trivia questions. Contestants who know their Abyssinian from their American Bobtail move to the next round, where they'll have to predict their own cat's behavior when faced with a scenario like choosing between two toys. Finally, it's on to the last round and a physical challenge involving both cat and owner. The winning pair nabs $25,000—plus an additional $2,500 for a local cat charity—and a chance at the bonus round. There, cat and owner must each choose a bag of Meow Mix from 10 available. If the two contain matching symbols inside, the team wins $1 million—or as Fluffy might think, nine lives' worth of catnip.
